Pricing questions

Is there a limit on users or incidents?

No. All plans include unlimited users and unlimited incident submissions. Pricing is based on the features your organization needs, not usage volume.

How do I know if I need SSO?

If your organization uses Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or another login system and requires staff to sign in with their existing work credentials, you need SSO. This is common at organizations with 50+ staff. SSO is included in Professional and Enterprise.

What’s the difference between SCIM and SSO?

SSO lets staff sign in with their existing work credentials. SCIM goes further — it automatically creates and removes user accounts as staff join or leave your organization. No manual account management, no access left open for former employees. SCIM is included in Enterprise.

How does the free trial work?

Free trials include full access to the platform. We start with a short 15-minute call to understand your needs, recommend the right setup, and get your trial activated quickly. You can request your free trial here or use any Request a Free Trial button on the site.

Do you offer on-premise deployment?

Yes. On-premise deployment is available for organizations that require it. Contact us to discuss your requirements and pricing.

What does the Hands-On Support Package include?

The Hands-On Support Package is an optional add-on available with any plan for $1,200/yr. It includes 12 hours of direct configuration assistance — our team makes the changes and sets things up for you. Hours can be used in any increment throughout the year and expire at the end of your subscription year. Additional hours are billed at $125/hr. Most organizations use it in year one while getting comfortable with the platform, then drop it once their team is self-sufficient.
