- SCIM provisioning — accounts sync automatically as staff join or leave

Hands-On Support Package
We handle the configuration — building forms, setting up workflows, and getting your admins ready to manage the platform. Includes 12 hours of hands-on support per year. Hours can be used in any increment and expire at end of subscription year. Additional hours available at $125/hour.
Available on any tier. Ideal for teams that want a faster start or prefer to hand off the technical setup.
Custom Dashboard Builder
Turn your incident data into custom visual dashboards — without exporting to spreadsheets or needing a developer. Built on the same API available to Enterprise customers, so your data is always accessible on your terms.
Available as an add-on for Starter and Professional. Included on Enterprise upon release. Pricing TBD.
Development Environment
A separate sandbox instance of Incident Tracker for testing configuration changes — new forms, workflows, or category structures — before applying them to your production environment.

Available for organizations with data residency or infrastructure requirements. On-premise is a one-time purchase based on your cloud tier, plus installation and an annual support and maintenance package.
