How many accounts can I create for my users who will be doing reports?  Is this software licensed by the number of users or a flat rate?  Thank you for your time.

You can create an unlimited amount of accounts (or users), and enter an unlimited amount of data (or reports.)  Some of our customers have over 5,000 reports entered.  So to answer Bill M's question, the cost is a flat rate yearly fee of $799.95.  There is no hidden costs or fees, and the fee includes Tech support during normal business hours (EST)
