                 The program can track and query any category you create.  For ex: you could create a category called "inappropriate behavior", or a category called "injury"  Any category you need to track at your company can be created.  You can also query the reports by category, day, person involved. . .etc.  So you could certainly locate the specific report that you would need.  You can also view reports over a defined frame by going under the view reports section and choosing select across dates from the drop down box.  Then click go and enter the dates you would like to query.  There's also more specific ways to query under the advanced search option if needed.
