How does the clery module work in regards to submitting reports?  If we use this program we would want to submit what we call field reports daily, but not all, in fact very few of these reports will contain any clery reportable information - so how does your program distinquish between a non clery report and a clery one?  How do you extract the clery data when it comes time to pull that information out and submit out annual crime report?

Once you enter a daily field report, you will have the option to enter Clery information associated with that report.  If there's no Clery information, you simply submit (or enter) the report.  You are able to extract Clery data several different ways depending upon your specific need.  You can go under the view reports section and click on advanced search.  This will allow you to query a specif field report, or a specific Clery report.  You can also go into the Administration section (top right) and generate a Clery report under the Clery Act Options (bottom left)
