I am researching this product for our school from a technical perspective.  Look like it is fully hosted so there are no hardware costs.  My question is does the software interface with the ERP system to pull down bio/demo data on students, faculty, staff?  If so, can I please get a copy of the technical specs?

Margo,

the application does not currently interface with any third party applications.  It is built to be light weight and agile with the database being self contained so when constituents unknown to the organization are involved you can grow that database without contaminating your ERP database.

Margo - Incident Tracker is proud to announce version 6.2.  Version 6.2 now allows a "user" (for college's a "student") database to be uploaded and rules set so that persons entered in reports are consistent and linked to a customers ERP database of users.

For more information call the office 724.613.9403 and ask for Brad ... or browse a live demo (linked on each page on this site outside of the bulletin board area) and go into the control panel and look at "Application Customization"
