    Ease of Use
    Seamless Communication - Users of the software can post topics in a traditional posting board, allowing other users to reply to the posted messages and interact with each other. This completes the transformation of the Incident Tracker application into a comprehensive collaboration tool.

    Unlimited Storage and Control
    Reports can be archived and stored in a "data container." Those reports can be viewed at any time. By default, archived records are excluded from searches which maximize efficiency.

    Message Board
    With a single click of a button, reports can be integrated into posted messages on the Bulletin Board.

    Report Distribution
    Reports can be emailed to any person at any time (or any group of people). The application administrator may not wish to allow all users to access the application, but may want to email a report to a person without access to the program. This feature is useful when a third party becomes involved in an incident, such as a parent, guardian, school official, supervisor, law enforcement  officer, or an attorney.

    Scalability
    Reports can be appended to without any limit. This feature is handy when an incident grows and updates or progress notes are needed.

    Web Friendly
    The software is user friendly. Users have the ability to insert URLs into reports and format text with tools common to word processors.

    Flash Charting
    Improved statisitical tools graph incident category frequency.

    Full Application Control and Customization
    Site administrators have the ability to add/remove incident categories and customize the available locations that can be referenced when a report is submitted. This customizes the software for the exact needs of your business.

    More Options
    Site administrators can set an option in the control panel that will allow an email to be generated to each administrator when a new report is submitted. This feature can be toggled on or off.

    Streamlined Searches
    When logging persons or witnesses involved in an incident, application users have the option to click on the search icon by the entered name and retrieve the latest contact information for the person in question. Partial searches return results.

    Secure
    You control who can login and use the program. Every login and login attempt is logged so the site admin can see who is using the program and who is trying to login.
